La pandemia del Covid-19 ante el derecho internacional: una exploración preliminar

Resumen

La pandemia del Covid-19 afecta variadas dimensiones del derecho internacional y pone en cuestión la eficacia de los marcos organizacionales y normativos actuales de gobernanza global. Se analiza en particular las normas sobre el derecho humano a la salud, las atribuciones de la Organización Mundial de la Salud, y los instrumentos internacionales disponibles para resolver controversias generadas por la pandemia o por las medidas adoptadas por los gobiernos para enfrentarla.
